Yes we do ship internationally.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

HOW LONG DO RESERVATIONS GO? DO YOU ALLOW EXTENSIONS?
Reservations go for a maximum of 2 days (exclusing weekends and Holidays),
but we understand that schedules can be unforgiving sometimes.
To extend reservation for you order,
simply send us a message at coldgoldph@gmail.com
with Reservation Extension as subject.
I'D LIKE TO ADD/REMOVE ITEMS FROM MY ORDER. IS THIS POSSIBLE?
No worries. You can still edit the items on your order as long as you have not yet settled payment for it.
Simply email us at coldgoldph@gmail.com with Change Order as your subject.
Please provide your Name, Order Number, and items you want to add/remove.
Change requests are subject for approval.
WHICH COURIER WILL YOU USE TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE?
All domestic packages are handled by Sonic Express (www.sonicexpress.com.ph).
Provincial packages are forwarded by Sonic Express the following business day to partner couriers such as LBC Express.
HOW MUCH ARE YOUR SHIPPING FEES?
Shipping within Metro Manila costs P50.
Provincial packages cost P150.
International shipping rates are available upon request.
Cash on Delivery within Metro Manila costs P100.
Cash on Delivery to select areas in Bulacan, Cavite, and Rizal cost P150.
I JUST PAID FOR MY ORDER. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
After payment, you need to submit your proof of payment via email so we can start verifying your payment and fulfilling your order.
As soon as your payment has been confirmed, your order will be scheduled on the nearest available shipping date.
I TRIED TO LOCATE MY PACKAGE USING THE TRACKING CODE YOU PROVIDED, BUT NOTHING SHOWS UP!
Tracking information takes a while to be encoded on Sonic Express website www.sonicexpress.com.ph .
This may take up to 24 hours from ship out date. If you were not able to obtain status of your package, please check again at a later time.

Items that do not meet your satisfaction are accepted for returns.
